My life began in Southern Idaho on a sprawling cattle ranch where one of my major goals was to fish the "3 big lakes of North Idaho". In 1966, this goal was realized when I moved to Spokane, WA. After several years, my life took me to Portland, OR where I met and married Stuart, my friend for life! Our adventures in life included college, homebuilding, property management, hotel management and a decorative rock business in Arizona. While living in Sierra Vista, AZ, I became serious about my real estate career, which started in 1978. Living near Fort Huachuca, a military base of officers for all branches of the service, selling homes and relocating families became a way of life. Finding the perfect home for the "first time home buyer" was both rewarding and exciting! Relocating families and processing VA loans were normal.
 
Living in Vacationland!
In July of 1994, we enjoyed a vacation in Sandpoint with friends who owned a home on Lake Pend Oreille. We enjoyed boating, fishing and water skiing. Our friends, family, beauty of the area, serenity of the mountains and the lakes of North Idaho called us home to Idaho. In October, we moved to Sandpoint to begin another of life's adventures. We own our home on the shores of Lake Cocolalla where we enjoy BBQ's and serenity time on our deck. It is easy to hop in the boat for fishing on the lake or jump off the dock for a quick swim. Our family has grown since our move to include our Mini-Schnauser's Gidget and Calli. My friend for life, Stuart, a retired contractor enjoys drafting home plans for people. My favorite activities are singing, boating, traveling to Mexico and bowling.
